The role
We’re looking for experienced, passionate front-end developers to work on our team. As a front-end Developer, you will work closely back-end engineers and iOS engineers to develop impactful, high performance web applications using cutting-edge technologies. The role is based in our Hanoi office.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers and other team members to understand, articulate, and break down customer needs into technical requirements
- Design scalable architecture and deliver code, while keeping operational issues in mind
- Build, test and deploy modern web applications with latest technologies like React, Redux, AngularJS, Webpack, TypeScript, GraphQL
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Mentor and/or coach junior developers
- Prepare estimates with the necessary level of detail for all design stages
- Develop metrics to measure the outcome/impact of your introduced solutions.
- Respond and follow up to incorporate feedback and draw new insights
- Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines
For team lead role
- Build and strengthen the front-end team
- Manage the front-end team with Scrum methodology

Your Skills and Experience
Basic qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with modern front-end development
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with libraries like SASS, LESS
- Experience with one of JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Backbone
- Experience with Node.js, Grunt, Gulp, or other server-side JavaScript technologies and tools
- Familiarity with principles of good user experience
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Python, C/C++, C#, Go or Ruby
- Experience with concurrency and memory management
- Experience with AWS, Docker
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques, big data
- Experience with web frameworks - with Ruby on Rails a plus.
