B2BE is a global IT consulting and software development organisation that helps businesses be more efficient and profitable through the deployment of a wide range of IT solutions and packages. Since its inception in Australia, B2BE has expanded its operations across Europe and Asia, serving customers in diverse industries and market segments.
We’re currently looking for Software Engineers who will be reporting directly to the Software Development Team Lead and will be integral in providing input into the design, execution and delivery of software solutions to meet a client’s requirements and needs.
Responsibility:
The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Take part in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) which includes user requirement analysis, designing and writing new software programs, testing and final deployment of the allocated projects;
- Work individually as well as within the team to deliver and maintain projects as well as provide product support to others;
- Work closely with other functional teams in different geographical regions to ensure successful delivery of both customer and in-house projects or solution based on defined requirements;
- Ensure on-going development practices for consistency, reliability, performance and continuity within the B2BE application development environment.

Your Skills and Experience
Requirement:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
- Required at least 1 year experience in web development with LAMP stack;
- Required experience in developing on Magento platform including extension creation;
- Good understanding on security principal for e-commerce application;
- Have experience with web API and web services, especially RESTful API will be a plus
- Good knowledge in Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, CSS and XML;
- Good understanding in OOP and MVC concept;
- Conversant in database design (MySQL);
- Experience with at least one Version Control System (SVN, Git);
- Fluent in English communication (both written and verbally);
