Millions of people around the world use our products every day intensively. Given the large user base, many of them contact us daily to get help with the products, and it is extremely important that we respond to every enquiries, feedback, complaints in a timely manner.
Our team is looking for a full-time Customer Success Agent to join us. Your job is not only to respond to customers enquiries, but also to work closely with our in-house QA team to ensure that we can detect potential issues early and improve the experience for our users.
As a Customer Success Agent, your responsibilities will be:
- ​Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Work closely with our QA team to identify user-report incidents whether they're bugs
- Write & maintain Desk.com's macros & articles
- Write weekly reports

- ​At least 1-year experience in Customer Service for online products or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with customer support softwares such as Desk.com, Zendesk.com is a plus.
- Must have well-developed verbal & written English communication skills.
- Must have good organizational skills & discipline.
- Open-minded, fast learners, and team player.
