- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex web services and customer experiences - preferably in a tier 1 startup environment
- Proven team leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done
- Ability to clearly communicate technical details translating strategy and business/product needs to the team
- Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and build a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
- Strong grasp on CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, object oriented design, cloud, web sockets and protocols
- Knowledge of distributed systems and programming high concurrency applications, including good exposure and production experience with Golang
- Strong grasp over software development lifecycle, including tools for version control, testing and deployments and strong prior experience doing continuous integration/deployments.

- Atl least 6-10 years as a Team Lead or relevant
- Collaborate with business and product to deliver of high quality platforms and applications for business problems.
- Write high quality code and be responsible for design and architectural goodness of the work delivered by the team.
- Do code reviews and assist with Technology & Good Engineering Practices in the teams
- Take full ownership of projects from design to implementation and deployment.
