- We are welcoming: 10 System Analysts or Senior System Analysts.
- Translate requirements defined by customer into logical, economical and practical system designs.
- Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure high quality and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare detailed design from which complete sets of programs will be written.
- Review quality and delivery timeline.
- Work with customer regarding to technical matters.
- Coach the subordinates.
- Report to Leader and Line Manager.

Your Skills and Experience
+ Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
- 1 year experience level at least as System Analyst or technical team leader.
- 5 years’ experience at least in Software Development Life Cycle.
- Good at English.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Good design documentation.
- Team work and willing to learn a new technology.
- Good at leadership, communication skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
+ Business application:
- OS : Any kinds of recent version of Unix/Linux, Windows Server.
- DBMS: Any major RDBMS skill would be plus (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Programming Language: Java/.NET(VB, C/C++, C#)/PHP.
- Technology: Any kinds of J2EE, Struts, Spring, ORM framework, .NET Framework.
- Strong working experience in OOP, OOAD, UML, MVC.
- Strong experience of design and analyzing in IT solution.
