MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
A member of executive team, and provide consultation on strategic technology solutions and initiatives in alignment with business objectives and revenue goals to ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to our company to facilitate the success of our business;
- Lead project managers, development team to develop and implement IT projects.
- Participate actively with the Operating Team to ensure our systems environment addresses the needs of the business.
- Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
- Responsible for Program Management & Governance, which involves implementing processes and procedures to accomplish objectives.
- Manage multiple cross functional projects using standard tools like Microsoft Project Plan, Collaboration and orchestrate projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control.
- Design operational changes and capable of tracking, and report program performance by using various Status dashboards and measure KPIs
- Responsible for Infrastructure, version control and IT, entails resource allocation for successful completion of program objectives and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for Program success.
- In charge of providing guidance and prioritization to a team of analysts to ensure the most impactful problems are being solved.

- University graduation, major in IT or equivalent Engineer degree Experience
- Minimum 07-15-year experience in IT Application Management
- Have held IT Directorship level for minimum of 3 years
- Have done (and preferably used) an architecture design for IT application, infrastructure, cloud or the like at company level at least once
- Have good knowledge in managing 3P and high appreciation of IT outsourcing
- Have sound knowledge in IoT and BI. Some advanced AI knowledge will be a plus
- Knowledge of Data Center operation, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, AWS) all data lines for connections between offices/site.
- Knowledge of VoIP, Virtual Machine (VMware), DBMS (MS SQL server), Windows product, application design (Web-based, client/server etc.), backup system and security.
