We are looking for Senior Back End Developer and Junior Back-End Developers with excellent programming skills to join our team. We need a person who, as part of a team, can create highly scalable web apps that milions of users interact with daily. The ideal candidate has experience building real products for the web and should be able to present examples of their work. (Interns are also welcome)

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Back End Developer, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Analyze system requirement and make the most suitable solution proposals
- Design database and back-end system with high quality and security.
- Develop with GO, utilize frameworks/toolkits like: go-kit, gizmo, etc.
- Interview with customers and consult them with good technical solutions.
- Coach other junior team members to help them reach their maximum potential.
- Research new technology trend and adapt to company’s projects.

Your Skills and Experience
Good candidate for Senior Golang Backend Developer position should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a backend developer
- At least 2 years of experience developing back-end system using Golang
- Solid understanding of back-end development with high scalability, maintainability, testability, flexibility and security.
- Good leadership and effective communication in both verbal and nonverbal are preferred
- Ability to quickly master new technologies
- Experienced with databases design for both relational databases and non-relational database, normalization, de-normalization, performance optimization, HA configuration, DB tuning, …
- Experienced with dev-ops operations
- Strong knowledge about Domain Driven Design, Clean Architecture, … is a plus
- Experienced with at least AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus
- Excellent English communication skill
