Our Web Ticketing software product is chosen to be the solution provider of the top 3 greatest world sport tournament. The product quality, the customer satisfaction and our team’s professionalism make the difference. With the aim to deliver these highly visible projects, we are looking for smart, collaborative, enthusiastic and well-organized professionals who are willing to take an active part in a sustainable, long-term product venture with a start-up mindset.
As a French/English Speaking Customer, you will:
- Analyze support and assistance request from our French and English speaking customer
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyze Customer issues with accurate solutions.
- Have high speed Interactions with Vietnam’s Level 3 - Support (Development Team)
- Have high speed Interactions with Level 1 Support in Switzerland, Spain and France
- Respond to Customer Assistance Request in writing. Help your colleagues for translations
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Level in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field
- Fluent French and comfortable English for day to day work in Customer support requests.
- To be extremely comfortable using and configuring software (Power user).
- Attention to detail, prioritization and organization skills, easy to talk to people.
- Experience handling customer support requests, troubleshooting, diagnosing bugs
- IT experience with Database / SQL Knowledge or Data analysis

ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
