Your Skills and Experience
- Sharp, smart, honest, very good English communication and confident to directly work, discuss, consult with the international clients.
- +5 years of engineering experience, in either PHP/ NodeJS/ JAVA.
- +3 years leading engineering teams; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
- Significant experience with schema design and database design with consideration of high scalability, reliability and performance.
- Database experience in any of these areas: SQL / RDBS, Memcached, ElasticSearch, Redis
- Love Test Driven Development
- Strong understanding of OOP/OOD
- GIT
