  • ■Job Responsibilities
    Support customers daily via email, phone, forums or other communication channels
    Deliver solutions by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers to resolve their issues.
    Ensure that all requests are followed up and closed effectively
    Document procedures and common requests and contribute to the knowledge base
    Ensure that support SLAs are being achieved and exceeded
    Maintain logs and generate status summaries for management team
    Improve support practices wherever possible
    Act as a customer advocate by creating enhancement requests
    Build relationships with customers and internal teams
    Assists with the development and improvement of work instructions, procedures, standards and documentation.
    Be available to provide on call support or work nights

Yêu cầu công việc

■Requirement

Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree or relevant experience
1+ years of experience in a customer service/support role or relevant experience
Knowledge of IT is required
Good understanding of cloud software and web applications
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Must be able to multi-task effectively
Familiar with financial concepts and terms
Passionate about helping people & you are Vietnamese
Eagerness to learn and able to juggle many tasks
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
■Salary: 2000$ (NET)
■Working time (Làm việc theo giờ Mỹ)
21h – 6h (Vietnamese time)
