XSPERA is seeking talented Business Process Automation (BPA) Engineers to expose line of business (LOB) application data, extendable forms and powerful workflows for current and future customers, then extend the current capabilities of our XINGATE 3.0 modules, focusing on organizational functions, including completed employee lifecycle management (HR), Purchasing, Finance Solutions, Production, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, and much more.
Key responsibilities
- Extend and refine XSPERA’s core platform XINGATE 3.0 capabilities through creation of workflows, forms and LOB objects (using K2 blackpearl and K2 Appit for SharePoint (or others)
- Collaborate directly with functional process teams and other development teams and lead efforts to design & implement new automation technologies (or using K2 Black pearl) into XINGATE 3.0 and client specific solutions through Scrum working methodology.
- Develop custom solutions to meet client specific needs, including integration with client’s legacy LOBs systems (by using Smart Objects and others)
- Install, configure, and integrate K2 blackpearl server in variety of environments including SaaS, Cloud, and On-Premise.
- Support the build and deploy process to development, staging and production environments.

Your Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related subject
- English certificate is at least TOEIC 550 or the same certificate relevant
Experience and skill
- MUST HAVE - More than two years’ experience with developing custom forms, integration of external LOB application data and custom workflows (K2 black pearl experience is preferred)
- MUST HAVE – 1-2 years .NET development experience.
- Working knowledge of analytics, data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
- Development experience with SharePoint 2016 and greater.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in Agile software methodologies.
- Experience with business process modeling/workflow analysis and design.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
- Creative ideas for the problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment with short deadlines, interruptions & multiple tasks/projects occurring at once.
- Detail-oriented, organized & capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks & meet aggressive deadlines.
- KPI and project management knowledge is preferred
- English, Vietnamese is a must
- Eager to learn new things in order to move forward to Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
