The successful candidate will have chance to apply his/her proven technical, problem-solving, communication skills, knowledge of best practices to develop Vietinterview’s platform in term of document processing. Technical team leader will involve in all activities of platform development including planning, design, development, testing, release in an agile way. He/she also conducts the training for team members so that they can be equipped with the required knowledge & skills as well as making the motivations, maintaining a comfortable and conducive working environment for team members.

Development

· Cooperate with BA team to create technical design and make sure that all implementations follow the original design specifications

· Involve in the planning phase with PO/PM/BA to make the effort & workload estimation for the team

· Involve & support the team in development/integration progress

· Turning the applications, make sure all components are running with optimal configuration

· Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

· Prepare and produce releases of software components

Management

· Manage assigned tasks and make sure that they are done in time with high quality

· Perform periodic code review with team members

· Rapidly collect feedbacks from team members and give the support or make the necessary adjustments

· Report progress & status to supervisor

Support

· Conducts technical and knowledge for team members so they can get enough equipment to complete their tasks

· Troubleshooting the issues & defects

Education & Certification

· College or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Knowledge & Experience

· At least 5 years experience in software development

· Strong Java Core, Object Oriented Programming

· Strong knowledge about some popular JEE standards: JPA, JMS, JAX-RS, ...

· Profound insight of Java built-in framework: Collections, Execution, ...

· Experience with Spring Framework and good knowledge of its ecosystems, especially Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, ...

· Demonstrated knowledge of message driven pattern and related message oriented middleware: ActiveMQ, WSO2 ESB, ...
Experience with popular design patterns and coding architecture
Understand about some programming paradigm: OOP, AOP, Functional

· Understand fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

· Detail oriented balanced with the ability to understand and maintain sight of the big picture of system

· Experience with writing efficient SQL queries

· Proficient understanding of Maven, Git, SonarQube
