We are the ticketing solution provider of the top 3 greatest world sports tournament. We are looking for smart, collaborative, enthusiastic and well-organized professionals who are willing to take an active part in a sustainable, long-term product venture with a start-up mindset.
As an Oracle Database Developer and Data Expert, you will be in the middle of the Customer Success team, processing the data transformations necessary to onboarding and support of customers with frequent communication with the Swiss teams. You will:
- Understand Secutix data model, associated business logic and customer data
- Code packages to transform and remodel customer data to Import and export to/from Secutix in accordance with Business needs
- Bring support to Customers, Customer Success team and L2 Technical Support to understand and resolve complex data and product issues as well as code and run complex queries to adapt datas.
- Have high speed Interactions with our global team in Vietnam and with the sales and onboarding teams in Switzerland, Spain, France, England.
- Proceed to query optimization, database proactive monitoring, resolve complex DB issues
- Document your work and participate to process docs and implementation
- Research, diagnose, record, and analyse Customer issues with accurate solutions.
- Occasionally support to analyze and develop complex customer reports

SKILLS
- 5 yrs+ expertise in Oracle database development including Data expertise in a complex product (ERP Like).
- Strong PL/SQL knowledge
- Query optimization
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field
- Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL (advanced level), Oracle, SSRS, Report Builder, Excel, Analysis skills, Testing skills
- Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility
- Detail oriented, Organized, Social, Curious, Accurate
