YOUR MISSION As a Project Management Officer at ELCA, you are responsible for
Collecting project data:
› Collect and verify organization and project related data and metrics
› Analyze data, statistics, create status reports and control dashboards
› Investigate specific quality or performance issues, escalate early warning signs of troubled projects
› Communicate to the management team
Supporting quality system by doing:
› Perform quality audits of the quality system, processes, procedures and propose actions
› Support the coordination of the audit review panel: organize panel review meeting, follow-up status of actions
› Maintaining the contents in Asset Library, QHB and Standards: uploading and archiving the valid items according to request
Reporting to Quality Manager and as per request of management team for Operation Committee, Quality Group Management, Quality Committee, Training Committee
Undertake Quality Agent of small development projects

YOUR PROFILE We expect from you:
› Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
› Minimum 4 years in the Information Technology field
› Experience in project management and controlling is a plus
› Strong in gathering and analyzing data from multiple resources
› Interest in Quality Process (CMMI)
› Strong interpersonal skills – effective in developing and managing
relationship
› An agile development mindset and fluency in English communication

ELCA Vietnam started with six people. Today we are a production facility with more than a hundred employees. During the same period ELCA Switzerland tripled its workforce to over 450 engineers. We contributed fully to this success and the group has gained in flexibility and reduced its risks.
