Work with Vietnam development team and business stake-holders in
- Product Owner (Product Manager)
- Provide vision and road-map of product to the development team
- Explain to the development team about product's market & users
- Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
- Prioritize requirements based on their values and maximize those values
- Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality
- Work closely with the development team in the same location
- Communicate with Japanese business stake-holders through Skype/Slack
