The jobholder is responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time and on budget for DRCOM and its customers. You will be responsible for project estimate, schedule, and resource management, using corporate guidelines, tools and standards in place, to ensure the quality of products and services delivered.
Your main duties willbe:
- Gather Technical and Functional Requirements to estimate project’s development cost and planning
- Analyze, build, manage Project Specifications Documentation and track changes
- Follow project’s schedule and budget, prepare quotes, organize team, lead, and manage the development process
- Troubleshoot/discuss with onshore Project Managers or customers (via email, messenger, PMS tool) from Europe and Asia to resolve matters related to project requirements, constraints, schedule, budget, etc.
- Report to Production Director and communicate extensively to all project stakeholders
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ready to work overtime on request (for problems or urgent issues)
- Lead, motivate, review project teams from multiple disciplines, including Project Managers

General:
- 3-4 years professional experiences in Marketing or IT Technical industry with more than 2 years experiences in a Project Manager position in a corporate environment
- Excellent ability to estimate and manage project planning, budget and resources
Required skills:
- Can speak fluent Chinese and English
- Excellent communication skills: Managing communication with Clients, Accounts team, and Internal staff (developers, designers..)
- Be able to work under pressure and experiences in Multitasks
- Good knowledge and experience with project management, development process and tools. Experience with at least one software project management tool, e.g. MS Project or Open Workbench
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Updated general knowledge of popular software technologies and trends in order to make farsighted decision in applying the right technologies, frameworks and tools
Desired profile:
- Experience in Medical or Life Science Industries is a plus
- Familiarity with creative design, marketing and multimedia is a plus
