- Deliver assigned projects with expected quality of result, according to stakeholders expectations, with minimal escalations and management help
- Organize team work and delivery of expected results by team members
- Plan all aspects of the projects, envision conflicts and resolve them without external help
- Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Lead communication and progress within project

- Bachelor Degree (or above) in IT (preferably), additionally can be in Management / Banking
- Qualification:
+ Project Management certification is preferable
+ Proven track record of successfully delivered projects
- Experience
+ At least 5 years working as Project Manager in IT areas
- Other Requirements
+ Have fluent English (mandatory)
- Soft-skill
+ Problem solver
+ Can organize and control team members and stakeholders without external help
+ Effective in management of stakeholders expectations
