- Join some parts or full lifecycle of software development
- Create design specifications in dependently
- Create systems design with instruction from Project Leader
- Do implementation as well as conducting review for others
- Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members
- Responsibility for task progress of team
- Following the software development lifecycle
- Insure Quality meet quality plan (quality analysis & solve quality problem & risk)
- Communication with customer to make sure information is transferred smoothly
- Improve technical skill for team member to meeting project requirement by training or share knowhow seminar
- Solve technical problem for project
- Other assignments from Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Technical requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in a software company.
- Experience as Technical Leader position.
- Good at detail design, review code, technical analyze to improve performance of source code.
2. Other skills:
- Experience in leading a development team would be an advantage
- Good command of English in order to communicate with customers. Japanese is a plus.
- Excellent in logical thinking
- Keen to learn the new things in work
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills, concentration, pro-active and independent
- Good interpersonal & teamwork skill
- Able to work under high pressure
- Willing to take business trip or work overseas
