Bạn sẽ trở thành thành viên chủ chốt trong đội ngũ Kỹ sư phần mềm của Emotiv để duy trì và mở rộng Emotiv SDK. Bạn sẽ áp dụng các kỹ thuật xử lý tín hiệu tiên tiến và kỹ thuật machine learning để khám phá các trạng thái cảm xúc thực tế và kết hợp với API để phát triển các ứng dụng sử dụng công nghệ tương tác người-máy dựa trên sóng não. Ứng viên phù hợp sẽ là người làm việc nhóm hiệu quả, phát huy tinh thần hợp tác trong team với niềm đam mê xây dựng những nền tảng và sản phẩm đẳng cấp thế giới.
*** Công việc của bạn:
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Product team, Ops team và ban lãnh đạo công ty để đảm bảo nền tảng công nghệ đang phát triển đáp ứng nhu cầu của công ty và dự đoán chính xác về thời gian phân phối sản phẩm và phản hồi đúng tiến độ
- Thiết kế và đánh giá code và tham gia fix lỗi và code để giải quyết vấn đề khi cần thiết
- Hướng dẫn và phát triển kỹ năng của các kỹ sư phần mềm trong team
- Liên tục cập nhật các công nghệ và công cụ mới nhất và truyền đạt các thông tin giá trị đó với bộ phận phát triển sản phẩm và Ban lãnh đạo
- Nỗ lực đạt kết quả tốt nhất và không ngừng tìm kiếm giải pháp để cải tiến quy trình phát triển sản phẩm để cải thiện năng suất công việc, chất lượng sản phẩm, độ tin cậy, hiệu suất và an toàn trong công việc

You will be a key member of the Emotiv software engineering team with a focus on maintaining and extending our Emotiv SDK. You will be applying advanced signal processing and machine learning techniques for real-time emotional state detection and associated API’s to enable a new generation of applications using brain computer interfaces. The selected candidate must be an effective team player, promoting a collaborative team culture with a passion for building world-class platforms and products.
*** Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product and operations teams and company leaders to ensure the technology platform is evolving to meet company needs, and to provide timely and accurate estimates for delivery and feedback on on progress.
- Perform regular design and code reviews and when needed, participate in debugging and coding to resolve issues.
- Mentor and develop skills of junior software engineers in the team.
- Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development and executive teams
- Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance product development processes to improve team velocity, product quality, reliability, performance, and security.

- 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế phần mềm và lập trìn hướng đối tượng..
- Am hiểu sâu sắc về Agile
- Có kiến thức về phần mềm điều khiển nguồn GIT
- Có kinh nghiệm với các phương pháp thử nghiệm tự động và tích hợp liên tục.
- Kiến thức chuyên sâu về C ++ để xây dựng bộ lưu trữ X-Platform về quy trình xử lý tín hiệu thực tế
- Thành thạo kỹ năng khắc phục sự cố và kinh nghiệm triển khai hệ thống thế giới thực.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản và nói bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt thành thạo
*** Kinh nghiệm mong muốn:
- Kinh nghiệm với các thuật toán xử lý và máy học tiên tiến
- Kinh nghiệm chuyển đổi các tập lệnh Matlab hoặc Python thành C ++ thực tế
- Quen thuộc với các kỹ thuật lập trình Functional Reactive
- BSc hoặc tốt hơn trong khoa học máy tính.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc xây dựng các thư mục riêng cho iOS và Android.

*** Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of extensive experience in software architecture, and object oriented design.
- Thorough understanding of Agile software development best practices.
- Working knowledge of GIT source control software.
- Experience with automated testing methodologies and continuous integration pipelines.
- Expert knowledge of C++ to build X-Platform libraries for real-time signal processing.
- Sharp troubleshooting skills and real world systems deployment experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Vietnamese
*** Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in with advanced numerical processing and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience porting Matlab or Python scripts into real-time C++ code
- Familiarity with Functional Reactive Programming techniques.
- BSc or better foundation in computer science.
- Experience building native libraries for iOS and Android.
