MetaAccess is the leading endpoint management solution across Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile devices. MetaAccess solution leverages modern technology concepts including distributed databases, real time data analysis, remote scanning, open community and etc. This position will be responsible for helping develop and improve the MetaAccess platform, working with a worldwide team of talents to develop the project and provide critical technical advice and decision making.
As member of our team, you will be involved in every stage of the software development life cycle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Review/Analyze product requirements
- Usability Inspection with POC Delivery
- Exploratory Testing (scope defined below)
- Usability Testing (scope defined below)
- Acceptance Testing (scope defined below)
- Review/Approve spec and test cases
- Query MongoDB and use Postman to Test REST APIs
- Handle support Escalation such as creating reproducible bug reports or help troubleshoot
- Build test plan and write detailed test cases
QA Product Requirement
- Understand use cases
- Pay close attention to details of User Experience
- Writes/analyze user stories
Usability Inspection with POC Delivery
- Cognitive walkthrough
- Heuristic evaluation
- Pluralistic walkthrough
Exploratory Testing
- Testing REST API
- To find missing test cases with new features
- To fine missing test cases with existing
- Organize/Enhance test case management
Usability Testing
- Any UI
- Any configuration
- Documentation
Acceptance Testing
- Test operational readiness such as product stability, product performance, product conformity
- Analyze performance of any new functionality (on staging environment)
- Make decision if new solution is acceptable
- Ensure reporting/troubleshooting mechanism is in place and usable
- Help identify the cause of any failure or low performance

Your Skills and Experience
What We Need From You
- Extensive experience within an Agile environment;
- Pay close attention to details of User Experience;
- Experience in stress test, failover test;
- Experience in at least one automation testing framework such as Katalon, Swagger, Ghost Inspector or similar;
- Experience in scripting languages;
- Be familiar with testing cross-platform/browser web applications.
It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Experience in software QA area;
- Experience with MongoDB and REST APIs, OAuth APIs;
- Experience to set up automation test on Teamcity.
