Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam established in April 2007, as a design and development company belongs to Panasonic Corporation in Vietnam, having its head office and laboratories at 17th Floor, East Tower, Lotte Center Hanoi, 54 Lieu Giai St., Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam. To expand business activities in Vietnam, Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam is now looking urgently for potential candidates for IT Internship position.

You will be working in IT section which helps the organization operate smoothly. Your main responsibilities are handling with IT and Facility related jobs.

• IT helpdesk for daily infrastructure operation:
+ PC setup, configuration and maintenance.
+ Installation of Windows, Linux OS, MS Office, and other application software.
+ User support.
• Assisting system administration works:
+ Internal Website maintenance.
• Supporting network operation
• Ad-hoc basis.

B. Facility jobs:
• Telephone: Installation, configuration, repair & maintenance switchboard and telephone, telephone line.
• Surveillance System: Confirmation of operation, contact with supplier for repairing if system error, checking recording database when needed.
• Finger print System: Confirmation of operation, contact with supplier for repairing if system error, checking recording database when needed
• Air conditioner System: When air conditioner system error, contact supplier and monitor repairing work.
• Office machine: Printer, photocopier, scanner, projector, HDVC, VC device, amplifier, speaker, fax, shredder, UPS configuration, repair & maintenance.
• Company events: support other department to arrange Company’s events according to assignments.

• Vietnamese nationality;
• Student or graduated majoring in an IT related field such as computer engineering.
• Willing to learn and to be trained.
• Good inter-personality and high cooperative spirit
• Good computer skill
• Operating System: Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, Ubuntu Linux
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, Internet, Intranet and networking services (e.g. SMTP, SNMP etc)
• Application Server: SQL Server
• Desktop application: Office Tool Sets
• Telecommunication: Basic understanding
• Good command of English and Vietnamese both written and verbal communication - Internship allowance;
