- This person will take the responsibilities to install, implement the main product – CADENA HRM Series and other related software or tools in Vietnam market.
- Provide the HR, Payroll and Time Attendance management solution to customer.
- Be responsible to collect the requirements from customer project team, analyze the requirements into specification documents following the internal procedures such as User Requirement Specification, Software Specification Document.
- Work with development team to ensure the delivery date following project plan which is agreed with customer.
- Conduct the Training activities to the customer key users, normal users or IT users.
- Prepare the installation package for each delivery and work with customer IT team to conduct the system installation for the project.
- Be responsible for product delivery testing and Join to the testing team of Human Resources Management system and related software.
- Coordinate with Customer Support Services team to handover project information/ materials and support after project completion.

- Easily adaptable to new environment.
- Reading and understanding for English well, good speaking English - Professional-working methods.
- Understanding about labor law is advantages.
- Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet client’s needs
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Team player with good communication skill
- Highly motivated and quality focused individual
- Working with pressure and business trip.
- Strongly aware about data confidentiality
- Experience in CMMI procedure is advantage.
- Preferred language for received applications: English
- Education required: Bachelors, specialize in Human Resource Management or Management Computer
