SHIFT ASIA is a leading software testing service in Japan Market. One of the strong point of SHIFT ASIA is to provide the Test Cycle Management (TCM) package to the customers. With this TCM tool, customers of SHIFT ASIA can check the quality of product in real-time. TCM package plays an important role of the success of SHIFT ASIA. This position is to recruit front-end developer for the TCM package. Now we are about to launch our development team, so you would have chance to grasp the higher positions as your career path in SHIFT ASIA.
FRONT-END
* Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owner to understand the specification of the new feature to be added to the front-end;
- Work closely with Back-end developers to understand the API synopsis;
- Implement front-end from building GUI to calling API to the server and rendering the GUI with MVC model;
- Writing Unit Test Case to make sure your code run correctly.
BACK-END
*Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product Owner to understand the new feature to be added to TCM;
- Implement backend code of the new feature;
- Writing Unit Test to make sure the code runs as expected;
- Maintain current code of TCM and fix bugs.

Your Skills and Experience
FRONT-END
* Required skills
- At least 4-year-experience in writing front end application with JavaScript;
- Familiar with RestFul API and MVC model in front end;
- Good at communication in English (TOEIC 800 or above);
- Experience in software development with agile methodology.
BACK-END
*Required Skills
- Solid knowledge on Java programming language;
- Solid knowledge on AOP and MVC development pattern;
- At least 4-year-experience in developing back-end with Java and Spring framework;
- Solid knowledge on SQL;
- Experience on MySQL and ability to write complicated SQL query with high performance;
- Good at communication in English (TOEIC 800 above).
* Nice to have
- Either graduated from universities in English speaking countries or has working experiences in foreign companies in English speaking countries such as Singapore, United States, Canada and Australia;
- Logical thinking and self-learning;
- Proactive self-task management;
- Japanese communication.
