MetaDefender is a cyber security platform that protects organizations from cyber security threats in data that originates from a variety of sources, such as web, email, portable media, and endpoints. The MetaDefender philosophy is:
- Any file could be infected
- Any file could be attempting to exploit a vulnerability to compromise a network
- Single anti-malware engines, next-gen firewalls, sandboxes, machine learning, IPSes, and proxy anti-malware solutions do not provide adequate cyber security protection on their own
We are the team behind the patented world class cyber security technology of OPSWAT.
And we are looking for new talents to join us for the challenging work, the General work are:
- Design specification and write test cases;
- Review design spec/coding;
- Implement new versions of the product;
- Implement the solution with highest quality.
For Regular level:
- General work; and
- Product maintenance and testing.
For Team Leader/Senior level:
- General work; and
- Communicate with product manager to understand requirements;
- Provide timely accuracy instructions and technical support to members;
- Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines;
- Collaborate with the team to guarantee quality and on-time delivery.

Your Skills and Experience
General requirements:
- Good programming skills in C++;
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skill;
- Experience in multi-thread programming;
- Experience in SQLite;
- Understand and able to implement principles of OOP;
- Good English skills (reading and writing);
- Have good teamwork spirit;
- Willingness to share knowledge and experience with the colleagues;
- Ability to work independently;
- Experience in Agile development and version control system (Git);
For Regular level:
- General requirements, and
- Minimum 1 year C++ programming experience;
- Familiar with Visual Studio;
- Open to learn new technologies.
For Team Leader/Senior level:
- General requirements, and
- Minimum 3 years C++ programming experience;
- Good in data structure and algorithm;
- Have experience in C++ for Linux;
- Hands-on experience in Visual Studio, Qt framework and Cmake;
- Have a strong interest in learning and playing with the latest technologies.
GREAT IF YOU HAVE
For both levels:
- Experience in API design and SDK implementation.
- Familiar with Jira, Bitbucket and TeamCity.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages (Perl or Python).
For Regular level:
- Above; and
- Good in data structure and algorithm.
- Have experience in C++ for Linux.
- Hands-on experience in Qt framework and Cmake.
- Experience in software testing.
