ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
  • Work with Operation Head to apply processes of the company to software teams
  • Work with BA, Product Head to make clear the requirement
  • With Technical Lead to work out solution architect of the products
  • Work with UI/UX to continuously improve UI/UX of the product
  • Lead development team to develop product roadmap
  • Maintain product document, supporting and training for stakeholders
Operation & People Management
  • Work with Operation Head to improve operation efficiency in software teams
  • Lead, inspire and drive the team (incl. line companies) to achieve the objectives (people development and process improvement)
  • Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills
  • Contribute in working process improvement (internal, inter-companies and external)
● Programming language: PHP, NODEJS/MySQL/ReactJS

● Development method: Agile

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 4+ years of software project management
  • Experienced with agile software development methodology
  • Be good interpersonal, planning, organization, and self-management skills
  • Able to research for continuous innovation of software product development
  • Be patient and clever in communication
  • Be fluent in English
