1. Admin and support well for VPD Cloud Infrastructure System
- To perform administration and management server systems, storage and network, security…
- Technical onsite support and collaboration with vendor server engineers for Infrastructure Cloud System based on Amazon/Azure.
- Supervise the installation to ensure good working condition of servers systems,storage hardware and software infrastructure.
2. Monitor and report for bug/incidents of server, storage, network on Cloud Infra System
- Implement patches, updates for Infra System frequently based on recommedation of vendors
- Assist Computer users with installation or processing of new security products and procedures
3. Monitor for servers, storage, and network breaches..
- Constantly monitor VPD's networks and systems for bug/incidents of servers, storage and network…
- Implement solutions that help to notify of bug/incidents of servers, storage, and network in cloud system
4. Investigate and Analyze the log file of servers, storage and network….
- Leads incident response actitivies to minimize the impact in case a breach has occurred
- Analyze and propose the best solution to fix the bug/incidents in cloud system
- Prepare reports of their finding to reported to managments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Expertise in hardware platforms: IBM, HP, Dell is advanced
- Experience with managing and monitoring server hardware and storage (backup OS, RAID, Logging, Archive/Backup, Monitoring)
- Understanding network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP protocol, server monitoring systems)
- Certificates MCSA, LPIC, OCA is more preferable.
- Bachelor in IT, having at least 2 years of experience working in medium and large company in IT department.
- Having good written reports skill to make server documents and manuals.
- Having high responsibilities with good, positive attitude and strong mental under high pressure.
