JOB DESCRIPTION
Though headquartered in the United States, Orange Logic has just opened up its newest office in the bustling technology mecca of Ho Chi Minh City. We are searching for a master technical recruiter who will be devoted to finding the best engineers for our development team. You will be responsible for spearheading all recruitment efforts from beginning to end; it will be everything from establishing the hiring process to onboarding our newest employees, including:
● Creating attention-grabbing job advertisements.
● Utilizing your professional network to source candidates.
● Setting up recruitment processes.
● Ensuring that Orange Logic is compliant with all rules and regulations of Vietnam.
● Screen candidates based upon job requirements.
● Perform managerial reference checks.
● Draft offer letters and contracts.
● Work cross-collaboratively with development and HR in Orange Logic’s various locations.

REQUIREMENTS
Due to our entrepreneurial nature, Orange Logic has cultivated an environment based on meritocracy. Regardless of your age, years of experience, or tenure, we believe that each individual has the ability to evoke change within the organization. We are looking for passionate and talented Recruiters who possess the following:
● 4+ years’ experience recruiting for IT roles (Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX,etc.).
● Proficiency with the English language(both verbally and written).
● A proven track record of hiring for technical positions.
● An understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment.
● Experience working with development teams.
● Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes.
● The ability to work both independently and with a team of recruiters.
