Project Description
Senior HR Operations Specialist acts as the primary contact point to the employees of the company in Vietnam on HR related topics. The role is responsible for providing of ongoing HR support and advice to managers, functional leaders and employees on HR programs and processes as well as identifying HR solutions and strategies needed to support the business and operational needs. As a member of the local administrative team, HR is responsible for supporting regional and local operations on different HR areas: retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employee's relations, labor law regulations with respect to company's HR strategy and local law regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company's compliance with the local labour legislation and company's global regulations
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with employees and managers
- Provide guidance and training to different internal target audiences on people management policies and tools

Skills
• University degree (preferred in sociology, psychology, HRM)
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in HR
• Strong knowledge and experience in following areas: labour law regulations, retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employees relations
• Experience in managing internal projects
• Good knowledge of labour law
• Advanced English language
• Previous experience in global IT or Telecom company is a plus
