- Manage backend operation which include order processing, customer related and issue management.
- Receive feedback from department and raise to build feature
- Keep improve the current process and suggest new effective functions
- Cooperate with Dev team for issue fixing and new feature request
- Working with Warehouse and Platform to delivery product

- Good knowledge of warehouse operation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Proactive in daily task
