- Take a role in supporting end users & customers for all company products.
- Should have experience in product testing, good analytical and communication skills
- Review Product requirements/specifications and other technical documentation to ensure test ability and completeness.
- Assess customer requirements and ensuring they are met
- Work closely with the server team, software team (Firmware & Application), hardware team and external parties overseas.

- 1 year experience QAs is the requirement.
- More than 3 years in testing is preferred
- Good in writing documentation and discuss work related matters in English
- Good background in testing knowledge and technique
- Experience in test process is an added advantage
- Good logical thinking
- Willing to study something new
- Also, if he/she who understand how to write and read Chinese is plus. He/She can help us to translate some simple document if need.
