The key accountabilities for this position are:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Provide technical leadership to a team.

Your Skills and Experience
We expect from you:
- Educational background, preferably in the fields of fin-tech is a plus
- Strong communications skills, and be able to consult solutions/technical aspects for clients.
- Good at English, perfect in writings and fluent at speaking skills
- Highly responsible, well-organized, and proactive characters.
- Strong experience in system design for web application using mainly NET technology stack.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellence skills in Microsoft technologies including: .NET 4.6 / .Net Core 2 (MVC, Web API,…)
- Excellence skills in HTML /CSS, Native JavaScript
- Excellence skills in Front-end frameworks: AngularJS 2; React
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum development processes.
