We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Lead with excellent coding and management skills to join the team. We are seeking for the one who loves to build online mobile games that can support thousands to millions of users. And above all, motivation and a passion for mobile games!
As a member of the top-level Engineering team in GO GAME Vietnam, your day-to-day responsibilities consists of:
• Work with team leaders (Client Game and Server) to break and assign tasks to team members, provide direction, track progress, mitigate risks, clarify questions, eliminate impediments and check the quality & performance of the team
• Work closely with producer/ development manager or relevant project owner to:
o perform a technical analysis of requirements
o based on the game documents and also create a schedule for the product.
• , develop, deploy and maintain game including development, staging, production
• Prepare short-term and long-term plan for project development on both client and server: Implement structure, set up environment, manage source control for development team
• Ensure the clean, positive, active attitude among the team. Work with producer, development manager on any non-product problems of the team
• Research and suggest new technology or solutions for our current process/implementation.
• Tracking and creating technical documents for development and deployment
• Provide technical knowledge to support other teams on their tasks
• Mentor and support the less-experienced-members

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
General Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or strong Computer Science background
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in both client and server side: Maintenance, Deployment of game , especially online game
Technical Skills:
• Deep knowledge of game programming
• Deep knowledge of network programming including RESTful API and socket programming
• Hands-on experience in C/C++, C#, Java, Objective-C/C++
• Hands-on experience with Unity, iOS/Android building process
• Good experience with , Server deployment
• Good experience with MySQL, Redis, MongoDB…
• Strong at handling source control such as Git, SVN
Other Skills:
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Fast to read and understand code
• Experience in Payment (In-App-Purchase)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills
• Good team spirit, Results driven and High responsible in work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to learn new technology
