ROLE OVERVIEW:
Working as part of a team under the direction of the Product & Operations Manager, the Survey Programmer & Data Processing role is a position in the Operations team. This role will be required to;
 Scripting online projects using at least one of the following online survey platforms (ConfirmIT, Qualtrics or Decipher).
 Data processing and data tabulations.
 Proficient understanding of survey programming platforms and other proprietary tools related to online data capture and a working knowledge of data processing tools required with the responsibility to assess best practices while consistently seeking innovative ways to service Client needs and requests.
 Develop and foster long term relationships with suppliers.
 Become and a trusted advisor to our Clients by proactively providing ideas and solutions to ensure data quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Programming of Online Surveys and initiatives (70%)
 Responsible for quality scripting of online surveys including quota controls.
 Advise on the best and most effective way of capturing data and engaging members via online surveys.
 Quality check own and others’ outputs
 Develop and maintain working good working relationships with suppliers and partners.
 Work alongside team members to develop a full appreciation of the impact of their role on the commercial success of the department.
 Provide an update to improve product and service offering to Management as opportunities arise including - reviewing scripting needs and capabilities and provide input on requirements and budgets requirements and budgets
Data Processing (20%)
 Data processing, cleaning and checking
 Data tabulation
 Quality check own and others’ outputs
Knowledge and Vendor Management (10%)
 Develop a thorough understanding of all proprietary and industry tools and systems and train others where applicable
 Share your knowledge with others in the organisation to assist in the delivery of projects and managing accounts.
 Establish relationships with Clients and supporting Sales with any meetings and presentations that require technical scripting advice.
 Develop a detailed understanding of the full product and service offering available through the company as well as the market dynamics and requirements within the data driven marketing space.
 Actively participate in projects as required throughout the business.

• Good communication skills – able to communicate clearly and succinctly to Clients, at all levels.
• Clear understanding of the principles of Online Market Research, fieldwork and online panels
• HTML, CSS and Java script; Basic SQL ideal, but not essential
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate to advanced: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
