Tóm tắt công việc
- Khảo sát và phân tích các yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
- Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện triển khai cài đặt phần mềm cho khách hàng.
- Thực hiện vận hành, chạy thử, đánh giá mức độ phù hợp của phần mềm đối với các yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn cho khách hàng sử dụng phần mềm.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về tiến độ, chất lượng công việc, đề án được giao.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH/CĐ chuyên ngành CNTT (phần mềm), Tin học Quản lý, hệ thống thông tin.
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 3 năm trở lên về Tư vấn, Triển khai, Phát triển Phần mềm ERP.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm viết Hồ sơ giải pháp, thuyết trình sản phẩm phần mềm ERP cho Khách hàng.
- Kỹ năng huấn luyện đào tạo, hướng dẫn người dùng.
- Kỹ năng thương lượng, thuyết phục và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Giao tiếp tốt, tự tin.
- Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp tốt.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project).
- Ưu tiên có khả năng biên soạn tài liệu, thiết kế cấu trúc slide trình bày.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc. Đúng hẹn, đúng chất lượng và đúng dịch vụ khi cam kết với khách hàng.
- Định hướng phục vụ, chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Có tinh thần học hỏi, siêng năng, nhanh nhẹn, năng động, trung thực.
- Khả năng học hỏi nhanh, làm việc nhóm hoặc độc lập.
