• Translate requirements defined by business analyst into logical, economical and practical system designs.
• Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
• Keep Quality and delivery timeline/ Perform the role of Quality Assurance when system is ready.
• Work with customer regarding to technical.
• Coach the subordinates.
• Lead project team (about and over 5 members) and review the quality of their design and implementation.
• Assist manager to manage quality and delivery timeline.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
• 1 year experience level at least as System Analyst or technical team leader.
• 5 years’ experience at least in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good at English.
• Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
• Good design documentation.
• Team work and willing to learn a new technology.
• Good in leader ship, communication skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Japanese company experience or Japanese is a plus.

Business application:

• OS : Any kinds of recent version of Unix/Linux, Windows Server.
• DBMS: Any major RDBMS skill would be plus (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Programming Language: At least one of the following programming languages Java, .NET(VB, C/C++, C#), PHP,…
• Technology: Any kinds of J2EE, Struts, Spring, ORM framework, .NET Framework.
• Strong working experience in OOP, OOAD, UML, MVC.
• Strong experience of design and analyzing in IT solution.
