- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Egosecure, (policies, group, users).
- Planning and debugging Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Egosecure.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Egosecure Servers.
- Daily support for all Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Egosecure related tickets: install encryption on demand, unlock, create, help users on encrypted notebooks, antivirus updates etc.
- Diagnose, resolve, and communicate advanced problems.
- Support for other Competence Areas.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Symantec product, full disk encryption software, port protection or similar product.
- Experience in working with a Software Deployment (Landesk preferred or others).
- Understanding Microsoft Windows OS technology including Active Directory Forests, Active Directory Domains, Organizational Units.
- Advanced problem management and diagnosis capabilities .
- Enhanced communication skill is a prerequisite .
- Advanced English language skills.
- German or Chinese language also an advantage.
