- Design and build advanced applications for Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work closely with design team to visualize complicated features to enhance UX/UI
- Deliver across entire app life cycle: design, build, deploy, test, release app to store and support Perform code refactor and optimization to make sure the app is well-performing and maintainable
- Coach other junior team members to help them reach their maximum potential
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving and programming background
- 3 years experience in software development, preferably 2 years in native Android development & Android Java programming
- At least 1 year experience at Senior Developer level w/ supervisory responsibility
- Solid experience in optimization techniques: caching, lazy loading, multithreading, and memory management
- Good knowledge of UI components and customization
- Self-motivated, logical thinking, and strong desire to build high-quality applications
- Good leadership and effective communication in both verbal and nonverbal
- Huge plus: strong English communications skills
