- Understand and evaluate the business process as-is & to-be
- Enable to translate the business process into the SAP system
- Enable to do configuration in SAP, Testing and providing training to users

Mandatory Skills:
- Good at business analyst and strong configuration in SAP
- Troubleshooting, analysis skills
- Proactive and Flexible to work across time zones
- Good communication skills and experience with International clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- SD (sales and distribution) knowledge necessary
- Technical interest would be very helpful
- Understanding of processes necessary
- Skill to train other team members would be helpful
- Structured and logical mindset
Desirable Skills:
- Added advantage: domain knowledge, SAP hands-on implementation/rollout experience

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
