Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads and manages various projects: IDC and hardware equipment procurement, internal project management, setup proper strategies for projects, communication with various stakeholders. TPM requires a strong technical background, excellent client and project management skills, proven ability to do hands on technical work when needed, and ability to lead technical projects and technical teams.
Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, your responsibilities include:
- Defining the scope and requirements for all projects.
- Project Delivery: Propose technically feasible solutions and work closely with stakeholders to implement projects. Establish success criteria and act as the single point of contact for the stakeholders for all technical / commercial issues and technical deliverables during the integration.
- Relationship Management: Work closely with other departments to resolve technical & business issues that might arise.
- Displaying high-level end-to-end business comprehension in topics such as legal agreements, financial activities, sales negotiation strategy, organizational structure and business/technical process.
- Identifying areas of improvement that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve our methodology to deliver high quality infrastructure service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Engineering or relevant technical field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of project lead or project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for enterprise customers listed in stock market; experience working on and managing enterprise scale projects.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Project Management skills (PMP/Prince2).
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
- Enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
- Possess excellent technical aptitude and a desire to learn constantly.
- Implementation experience with web delivery technologies or other IT systems delivery.
- Experience developing and driving Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) strategies within large enterprises.
- Experience in leading concurrent large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in leading global projects and ability to effectively manage projects with distributed global teams.
- Experience with startup environments as well as larger scale enterprise companies.
- Experience in International / Global companies; e-commerce preferred.
