- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design exceptional user experiences for multiple products (web and mobile app)
- Solve complex design problems through a user centered design process that accounts for user goals, business requirements and development needs
- Use a variety of methods to document design decisions including sketches, process flows, wireframes, storyboards, visual design mockups and interactive prototypes
- Employ visually interesting and usable visualization techniques to help users explore and understand complex data sets and processes
- Plan and conduct user research activities such as user testing, interviews and surveys to understand the needs of users
- Establish design and usability requirements for each engagement
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX (mobile app & web), IA, and Multimedia design
- Strong problem solving skills and visual communication ability
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating use of user-centred design process
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other visual design and wireframing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Up-to-date with the latest mobile & web UI/UX trends and best practices
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
