Tóm tắt công việc
Manage a team (up to 10) for the following mission:
- Testing and Evaluating Toshiba NAND products and report to Japan
- Investigate open source (eg, Linux kernel patches) and chipset vendor to build system and evaluate with NAND products
- Development of NAND drivers: eMMC, UFS, Raw NAND
- Technical support for end customer in Vietnam or ASEAN
Yêu cầu công việc
Technical Skill:
- Professional with C programming
- Embedded application development experience
- Linux Driver Development Or other type of driver development
- Professional Debugging Skills
- Familiar with measurement tools: oscilloscope, logic analyzer
- Has experience with NAND related product driver or firmware development is a plus
- Has experience of development with many chipset vendor (Broadcom, Qualcom, etc) is a plus
Management Skills:
- Able to manage team (3 - 5) follow defined process to achieve target of project
- Motivate and develop members
- Provide guidance/training to junior team members
Other:
- ~5 years or more experience working with software development (include embedded system)
- Fluently communication using English is a must
- Japanese language will be prefer
- Good interpersonal and communication: able to communicate directly with customer to explain about technical issue clearly, communicate with multi-side during support customer (sale, sale engineer, other support team in Singapore or India, etc.)
- Working under pressure when support customer solving problem
- Has end-customer technical issue solving is a plus
