Tóm tắt công việc

  • Support and manage all tickets sent from customer via ticketing system, email, chat … with regard Cadena HRM System, Cadena Payroll System
  • Study and learn the business logic, technical points of Cadena HRM Series system to be able to support the customer in relevant issue/ request
  • Manage the change/ new request from customers and inform to the right internal resources (consultants, QC, Development)
  • Support the Customer Services Leader to manage the maintenance contract validation, remind customer to renew, payment
  • Support consultant team in any general support request for projects.
  • Manage/ summarize all support/ new requests on to the customer service management system, even they have been reported by phone, chat tool, email or any methods …
  • Report to the Customer Services Leader in weekly basic for the support status, support summary

  • Easily adaptable to new environment
  • Reading and understanding for English well, good speaking English - Professional working methods
  • Understanding about labour law is an advantage
  • Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet client’s needs
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Team player with good communication skill
  • Highly motivated and quality focused individual
  • Ability to handle end-user training and presentation is an advantage
  • Working with pressure and business trip
