Tóm tắt công việc
Manage several small projects (3 ~ 4 members) or big project (up to 10 members)
- Establish estimation, propose development solution with customer
- Making project plan, monitor and control project follow company process
- Join & instruct team in essential work of software development (such as requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing)
- Provide solution and manage team to solve technical issues
- Communicate and discuss directly with customer
Yêu cầu công việc
- 6 years or more experience working on software development
- 2 year or more working as team leader; ability to motivate & develop members
- Provide guidance, support and evaluation to project members for career development
- Have knowledge about CMMI & process improvement
- Expert in application development, especially C/C++ application
- Professional with C/C++ (MFC, Qt framework)

- Positive inter-personal and communication with customers and project members
- Adapt quickly with new work, ready to work & study new technology
- Able to work under high pressure
Communication Language:
- Fluent communication using English is a must ( TOEIC 600 or higher)
- Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus
