Tóm tắt công việc
Manage several small projects (3 ~ 4 members) or big project (up to 10 members) in desktop / web / mobile application development:
- Establish estimation, propose development solution with customer;
- Making project plan, monitor and control project follow company process;
- Join & instruct team in essential work of software development (such as requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing);
- Provide solution and manage team to solve technical issues;
- Communicate and discuss directly with customer.
Yêu cầu công việc
Technical Skill:
- 5-7 years experience on software development ( in desktop / web / mobile application development);
- Has experiences in requirement analysis (to clear requirement and propose new requirement for system if necessary);
- Has good knowledge on Memory (SSD, HDD managing tools or Data Center) is a plus.
Management Skill:
- Experience with project at medium size (up to 10-15 members);
- Experience in working with multi-side and cross-cultured customers is a plus;
- Experience in dealing with projects that have frequent change requests & tight schedules;
- Good understanding about process development: CMMI or practical Agile development.
Others:
Personality/Soft Skills:
- Quality oriented mindset;
- Good interpersonal and communication: communicate directly with customer to explain technical issue clearly, communicate with multi-side (development team in Japan, India or US, etc.);
- Experience on outsourcing project is a plus.
Communication Language:
- Fluent communication using English is a must ( TOEIC 600 or higher);
- Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus.
