Manage team (up to 5 members) to execute projects:
- Establish estimation, propose development solution with customer;
- Making project plan, monitor and control project follow company process;
- Join & instruct team in essential work of software development (such as requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing);
- Provide solution and manage team to solve technical issues;
- Communicate and discuss directly with customer; able to go to end-customer side (Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc.) for debugging & testing.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from electronic or automation control major; knowledge about machine/robot operation;
- At least 3 years working in embedded development/1 year work as team leader;
- Knowledge about embedded OS, real time OS (uITRON), device driver development (UART driver, etc.) or hardware related development;
- Programming language: professional with C/C++, C#.NET.

- Team working;
- Open minded and long-term commitment;
- Good interpersonal and communication: able to communicate directly with customer to explain about technical issue clearly, communicate with multi-side during support customer;
- Adapt quickly with changes (in technology, customer request);
- Working under pressure when support customer solving problem.
Communication Language:
- Fluent communication using English is a must ( TOEIC 600 or higher);
- Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus.
