• Govern fully/functionally for all work process steps within the functional area, such as analysis of the initial situation and possible sourcing, compilation of decision options, taking/effecting the final decision, implementation and evaluation of success - in collaboration with the relevant areas/people
• Establish internal network of contacts in the group, use of all relevant functional area relationships, as provider and client sides, and appropriate stakeholder management
• Ensure internal accessibility of knowledge and expertise
• Be responsible for IT security in ITO area
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Foster a culture for service improvements and innovations by driving the LIFE values
