- Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients
- To write complex software programs from design specification
- To write program in compliance with established coding quality standard of the company
- To run through all the unit test cases for assigned tasks and ensure all unit cases tested and passed before release for testing
- To contribute to design system architecture
- To process the tasks assigned by Project Manager/Project Leader, feedback and fix the bugs
- To help the clients in technical support
- To lead and help others developers in team
- To obtain professional certificates if being requested
- To implement strictly all the customer’s process if being requested, company’s processes and systems
- To perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager/Project leader
- To participate all regular meetings of the assigned projects like defect review meeting.
- To support for presales activities (R&D, estimate, pilot, etc)
- To support for recruitment in the company
- To perform trainings/seminars at least once/year for new developers
- To provide development estimates for projects
- To provide regular daily updates to project manager and onshore development manager of everything done/completed
- To report any issues/concerns for project manager and the onshore manager which need to be addressed
- To manage releases to project schedules

Education & Qualifications:
- University degree in Computer Sciences, or IT
Experience:
- To be recognized expert in web based development
- 5+ years’ experience in the web based development
- ITIL Experience and knowledge is a plus
- Working in an on/offshore environment is a plus
- Experience working in an agile environment, e.g. SCRUM and/or Kanban
Common:
- Have strong knowledge, experienced in web based software development in Front End Development (JavaScript, AngularJS, Html, Css, Web Services …)
- Good knowledge in SQL, database design and programming
- Good knowledge about security in software development
- Good knowledge in enterprise, scalable application development
- Strong system analysis skill, strong problem solving skill
- Able to help others to solve the technical issues
- Able to provide the technical training, guidance in company level
- Be proficient in code quality, coding standard, design patterns, and principles
- Be proficient in documentation and UML modeling, able to prepare technical proposal, technical discussion, good in detail software design and can review simple software design
- Be proficient in company/project process, can contribute to the process improvement program
- Good at English speaking/writing skill, can confidently discuss with customer about technical approaches or issues in details
- Leadership skill: can be in charge of implementation lead for medium (5-10 people) project or resource group is a plus
- Accountable, proactive, passionate in improve self and team’s technical skills, strongly contribute to productivity improvement activities
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve project goals
- Ability to manage own time in ensuring all tasks are completed
- Documenting and understanding workflows
- Understanding of release and project management
- Ability to work closely with testing team including provision of testing handover
- Understanding of testing frameworks
- Ability to understand design documents/stories and provide technical response for development team to follow
- Understanding and working with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Understanding/used of Test Driven Development (TDD)
Competence specific:
- Strongly knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax (object oriented with JavaScript, HTML standard compliance, newer HTM5/CSS3) and well-known JavaScript, CSS frameworks like AngularJS
- Strong knowledge of web service development (SOAP, REST)
- Strong knowledge of security in web development including client side with JS and CSS
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization for web application including client side JS, HTML and CSS
- Good knowledge of cloud based development is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS .Net web based development (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, …) is a plus
- Good knowledge of MySQL is a plus
- Good knowledge of enterprise integration or SOA is a plus
ServiceNow Tool competency requirements (Desired):
- Experience with and understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including; SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and AngularJS including; Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions and UI Pages
- Experience in designing and implementing client facing solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform
- 3 years’ experience of working with ServiceNow and designing solutions
