- Reports to a Product Development Leader
- Involved in full development life cycle of new product development
System design
Coding&debugging
Unit testing
Beta install
- Existing Product Maintenance (ongoing bugs fixes, changes and enhancements)
- Post Sales Product Support
To perform Installation remotely
Onsite Customer Support whenever applicable
3rd level trouble shooting, remote support
- Involved in all level of documentations (user guide, technical documentations & etc)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Comprehensiveness/completeness of the modular/application design
- Software quality (no. of bugs reported from QA)
- Job deliver on schedule
- Adhere to programming rules
- Number of jobs/projects completed successfully (as per weight of job)
- Number of successful installation
- Number of system supported
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualifications: Degree in related Computer Science subjects
- Experience: Two to three years of proven working experience
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in developing web applications
- Programming skills – Java servlet, spring mvc, Hibernate, HTML5
- Good System Design & Analysis skills
Non - Technical Skills:
- Good Ability to comprehend, analyse and express
- Good Attitude, Clear Thinking Mind, Adaptive and Interactive
- Good Verbal & Writing Skills, Presentation Skills
- Good Inter-Personal Relation Skills
- Able to handle daily work independently with little supervision
