• Work closely and report directly to the team in Australia.
• Develop multi-channel, personalized nurture programs that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data, and engagement activity to engage customers and drive revenue.
• Act as the subject matter expert, leading the rollout of marketing automation system –including configuration, documentation and best practices.
• Create, implement, and maintain dashboards of key success metrics.
• Lead status meetings and provide weekly insights to all stakeholders.
• Project management - ensuring projects launch on-time and on-budget.
• Build test frameworks (A/B tests, deliverability and tracking) to continually improve campaign metrics.
• Provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Work closely with Sales Ops team
• Develop lead scoring, stage management, and reporting with Marketing
• Provide insight into website visitor behaviour, identify potential site design changes and marketing initiatives.
• Perform analysis and insight into key metrics, and provide recommendations for improving lead and acquisition programs.
• Analyze data
• Identify opportunities for analysis and optimization on landing pages/sites.
• Development, implementation, and analysis using Marketing RCA modeling and reporting.
• Generate and provide QA for lists used for segmented marketing campaigns
Yêu cầu công việc
• Hands on experience with Marketing Automation systems (applications like Marketo, Pardot, Exact Target, Hubspot and Marketing Cloud )
• Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
• Experience in B2B marketing automation.
• Experience with Pardot and Salesforce
• Graphic design experience, working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of international email regulations including “consent,” “single/double opt-in,” “permission,” “CASL,” “EU Opt-in Directive”
• Proficient using Pardot building email marketing campaigns, with strong SFDC skills and knowledge of best practices in email marketing
• Experienced mapping Pardot and SFDC campaign creation, lead/contact and account modules, as well as, strong marketing analytics including report building and KPI’s as needed.
• Excellent English communication (in both the written and verbal form).
