• Collaborate directly with stakeholders on product vision, project planning and release planning
• Communicate with the Stakeholders to understand and gather the requirements. Be able to identify what they actually need from what they say they want for big systems.
• Work closely with Scrum team in planning, retrospective and backlog refinement meetings
• Translate product vision into prioritized Product Backlog
• Write business requirements, features, user stories. Manage and maintain the Product Backlog
• Able to provide a product roadmap and keep it evolving as the product changes
• Analyze and convert the requirements into user stories
• Establish and maintain project communication and set project quality and performance standards.
• Work closely with Scrum team, participate in Scrum-related activities such as: grooming, planning, reviewing meeting
• Support team in knowledge transfer of existing system, requirements
Generate automated tests required for UI, Applications, APIs using relevant test tools and frameworks, both third party and in-house developed.
Participate in creating continuous integration testing culture using continuous integration methodologies and tools

• IT Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably in Business Analysis or Product Owner
• Master in Scrum, has Certified of Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a strong plus
• Has knowledge of accounting domain, experience in developing accounting system
• Experience in documenting software requirements, user stories, business processes and software specification
• Excellent English in both verbal and writing
• Good at communication, problem solving, critical thinking and detail oriented
